VISA Process

The organizing committee is committed to supporting international participants throughout the visa application process for attending the congress in Paris, France.

After successful registration, participants will receive:

• Accommodation Confirmation (if applicable)

These documents can assist participants in fulfilling visa application requirements at their respective French embassies or consulates.

General Visa Requirements

Participants may be required to submit:

In Case of Visa Rejection

• Participants may switch to virtual participation without additional charges.
• Refund requests require an official visa rejection letter.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of rejection notice.
• Registration can also be transferred to the next conference edition.
